About the role
Join the Qantas Lounges team at Melbourne Airport and deliver upscale food and beverage service to international travellers. As a Fine Dining F&B Attendant you will create memorable experiences in a fast‑paced, 24/7 environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide friendly, efficient food and beverage service to lounge guests.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in the dining area.
- Assist guests with inquiries about menu items and lounge facilities.
- Handle cash and electronic payments in accordance with company policies.
- Ensure compliance with Responsible Service of Alcohol regulations.
Required profile
- Previous experience in fine‑dining or a la carte service.
- Ability to work a rotating 24/7 roster, including mornings and afternoons.
- Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate and ability to obtain a Federal Police clearance.
- Australian working rights and a probationary/full driver’s licence.
