Financial Adviser – High Net‑Worth Client Focus

About the role

Pivot Wealth is seeking a Financial Adviser to join its fast‑growing Advice team. You will work with high‑net‑worth clients, delivering strategic, goal‑based financial plans and building long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of a book of up to 75 high‑net‑worth clients and onboard new clients pre‑sold by the sales team.
• Provide comprehensive financial planning covering tax reduction strategies, investing, employer share plans, superannuation, insurance and estate planning.
• Lead a dedicated client service officer and associate to ensure high‑quality, efficient outcomes for clients.
• Collaborate with paraplanning, client services and implementation pods to deliver seamless advice execution.
• Maintain a high‑touch, high‑fee, low‑volume service model, focusing on value‑add work rather than administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Experience working with high‑net‑worth individuals or families.
• Proven ability to manage a client book and deliver strategic financial advice.
• Strong client‑relationship skills with a focus on outcomes over inputs.
