Financial Accountant – North-Central Gold Coast

About the role

This full‑time Financial Accountant role is based in the North‑Central Gold Coast and sits within a fast‑growing, technology‑driven food production business. You will work closely with the Financial Controller and an offshore finance team, supporting the finance function during a key growth phase.

Key responsibilities

• Report directly to the Financial Controller.
• Collaborate with an offshore finance team of three.
• Oversee statutory reporting, fixed‑asset accounting and tax compliance.
• Manage audit processes and maintain accurate financial records.
• Drive continuous process improvement across the finance function.

Required profile

• Strong grounding in accounting fundamentals, preferably CPA or CA qualified.
• Experience in audit, publicly listed companies or complex multi‑entity environments.
• High attention to detail, initiative and a hands‑on, can‑do attitude.
• Enjoys working in a collaborative, fast‑paced team that values adaptability.
