Finance Officer

About the role

Youturn is seeking a Finance Officer to support its community‑focused services across Australia. This full‑time position is based in Nambour, Queensland and plays a key role in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of the organisation’s financial operations.

Key responsibilities

• Process financial transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare bank reconciliations, resolve discrepancies and reconcile rental property ledgers and donation income.
• Manage invoicing, receipting, debtor monitoring and maintain revenue records.
• Support day‑to‑day finance activities with precision and efficiency.
• Assist with fleet financial administration and provide operational support to internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to compliance, continuous improvement and strong financial controls.
