Finance Manager – Property Funds & Corporate Finance

About the role

An experienced, hands‑on Finance Manager is needed to own the day‑to‑day finance function across multiple listed and unlisted property investment funds and corporate entities. The role combines fund accounting, financial management, reporting and operational finance, with scope to improve processes and support growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee financial operations for listed and unlisted property funds and corporate entities, including month‑end reporting, financial statements, budgeting, forecasting and cash‑flow management.
• Manage fund accounting tasks such as trust distributions, unit pricing and investor reporting.
• Coordinate statutory reporting, external audits, tax compliance and other regulatory requirements.
• Support acquisitions, new fund launches and other investment activities.
• Lead and review the work of a small finance team, driving improvements in processes, reporting systems and internal controls.
• Work closely with senior leadership on financial and commercial matters.

Required profile

• CA/CPA qualified with 6–7+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong background in fund accounting, corporate finance or investment management, preferably within property funds or financial services.
• Commercially minded, proactive and comfortable working autonomously in a smaller team.
• Confident engaging directly with senior stakeholders.
