Finance Manager – Financial Planning & Analysis

About the role

We are looking for a strategic and detail‑oriented Finance Manager to lead financial planning, analysis, reporting and performance management. The role supports business decisions through accurate insights and effective financial strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and analysis activities.
• Prepare management and performance reports for leadership review.
• Monitor cash flow, profitability, key financial metrics and overall financial performance.
• Develop financial models and provide data‑driven recommendations.
• Analyze revenue, costs and operational performance to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support strategic planning, investment analysis and business growth initiatives.
• Ensure accuracy, compliance and internal controls of financial records and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimize financial performance.
• Assist audit, tax planning and regulatory compliance processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field (preferred).
• Experience in finance, accounting, financial analysis or corporate finance (preferred).
• Strong analytical, quantitative and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and within cross‑functional teams.
