Finance Business Partner - Commercial

About the role

As a Finance Business Partner – Commercial you will act as a trusted commercial advisor to heads of Food, Bars and Accommodation, turning large volumes of complex data into actionable performance insights. You will partner on pricing, promotions, category performance and supplier negotiations to help drive the business forward.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver weekly and monthly insights, evaluate category pricing and promotions, and advise on commercial risks and opportunities.
• Work closely with Commercial, Operations and FP&A teams to manage P&L line items, category costs and annual budget submissions.
• Streamline reporting, optimise systems and introduce innovative ways of working.
• Monitor category costs against budget/targets and support stakeholders in achieving financial goals.
• Collaborate across Finance to implement best practices, improved processes and systems.

Required profile

• CA/CPA qualification with at least 5 years of relevant commercial finance experience.
• Strong financial modelling ability and a proactive, customer‑centric approach to problem‑solving.
