Finance Business Partner – Balcatta (Perth)

About the role

The Finance Business Partner will join Sodexo’s newly established IFMS Transformation Office in Perth, supporting the commercial and financial strategy of transformation initiatives. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure commercial integrity, manage risks, and embed a customer‑centric culture.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare business cases, pricing proposals, contract variations and CAPEX submissions.
• Provide financial analysis, insight and reporting for initiatives, ensuring robust governance.
• Identify and mitigate commercial and financial risks.
• Drive process improvements, coach team members on commercial and financial matters, and conduct site visits and contract compliance reviews.
• Support timely initiative and financial reporting, continuously enhancing reporting quality.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Commerce, Accounting or a related discipline.
• 5–8 years of experience in a commercial or finance role.
• CA or CPA qualification is desirable but not mandatory.
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
