Finance and Administration Manager

About the role

Ramsay Health Care is seeking a commercially savvy and people‑focused Finance and Administration Manager to join Tamara Private Hospital. You will be part of the Hospital Executive team, responsible for the financial management and performance of the 45‑bed facility.

Key responsibilities

• Finalize and analyse financial results, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Lead the annual budgeting and business planning process.
• Manage the financial implications of capital expenditure and investment decisions.
• Liaise with Corporate Finance Services on reporting, compliance and financial governance.
• Partner with clinical and operational leaders to build financial understanding and accountability.
• Provide high‑level administrative support, including coordinating correspondence, preparing reports and responding to information requests.

Required profile

• Relevant qualifications in accounting or finance management, preferably CPA or CA.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to analyse financial and operational data.
• Collaborative approach with proven ability to partner with non‑financial stakeholders.
• Excellent attention to detail, sound decision‑making and clear communication.

Required skills

• CPA or CA qualification.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
• Experience with large accounting software packages and financial reporting models.
• Advanced budget preparation skills.
