Final Trim Grader Operator – Caterpillar M Series (SA)

About the role

Exact Contracting is seeking experienced Final Trim Grader Operators to work on civil projects across South Australia. The role involves operating Caterpillar 12, 14, 15 and 16 M‑series graders equipped with Trimble GPS technology.

Key responsibilities

• Operate Caterpillar M‑series graders to perform final trim tasks on civil and mining projects.
• Utilise Trimble GPS systems to achieve precise grading specifications.
• Maintain compliance with site health, safety and environmental requirements.
• Collaborate with the project team to meet production targets and quality standards.

Required profile

• Current unrestricted driver’s licence (essential).
• Proven experience operating graders in civil or mining environments (essential).
• Experience with GPS systems (highly desirable).
• Previous plant operating experience in mining and civil settings.
• Nationally accredited tickets (desirable).
• Commitment to health, safety and site compliance.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude and ability to work in a team.
