FIFO Service Attendant – 2 weeks on / 1 week off in WA

About the role

Sodexo is looking for motivated Service Attendants to join its FIFO villages in Western Australia. You will work on a 2‑weeks‑on, 1‑week‑off roster, providing hospitality and support to residents living away from home.

Key responsibilities

• Housekeeping and cleaning of accommodation rooms (dongas) and common areas.
• Assist in kitchen and dining areas, including food handling and basic food preparation.
• Maintain cleanliness of office, crib rooms, ablution blocks and outdoor spaces.
• Provide customer service in village taverns or retail shops.

Required profile

• Previous FIFO or DIDO experience.
• Currently residing in Western Australia.
• Willingness to work 12‑hour shifts on a 2‑weeks‑on, 1‑week‑off roster.
• Ability to thrive in remote, extreme‑weather environments.
• Australian working rights and a full WA driver’s licence (automatic or manual).
• Clear National Police Check (within 6 months) and ability to pass pre‑employment medical, drug and alcohol screening.

Required skills

• Food handling and basic food preparation.
• Valid full driver’s licence.
