Field Supervisor - Telecommunications Construction

About the role

ServiceStream is looking for a Field Supervisor based in Wetherill Park, NSW, to supervise field delivery across a portfolio of telecommunications construction and installation work. This is a 12-month fixed-term, full-time position reporting to the Regional Delivery Manager (NSW). The role leads day-to-day field execution through subcontractor crews and field resources, ensuring work is delivered safely, to specification, on time and in line with client, quality and operational requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Perform site-based supervision of field delivery and construction coordination.
• Manage work orders and subcontractor performance.
• Ensure site conditions, scope requirements, safety expectations, materials, quality controls and completion standards are understood and met.
• Translate approved scopes and designs into disciplined on-site execution.
• Provide timely progress updates, quality assurance and right-first-time completion outcomes.

The role is accountable for field execution and supervision rather than broader program management, acting as the control point between planning and delivery. ServiceStream is a national provider developing and operating Australia's communications, energy and water networks, and is committed to diversity and inclusion, including the employment of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders, people with a disability, LGBTQI+ people and veterans.
