Field Service Technician – Maintenance & Customer Service

About the role

Join Komatsu Australia as a Field Service Technician, delivering preventative maintenance and high‑quality service for Komatsu equipment. You will work directly with customers, ensuring machines are commissioned, inspected and serviced to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, commissioning inspections and complimentary servicing on construction and utility mobile plant.
• Diagnose and repair equipment issues to minimise downtime.
• Provide outstanding customer service and technical support on‑site.
• Work independently and safely in remote locations as required.

Required profile

• Mobile plant trade certificate or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience repairing and maintaining construction and utility mobile plant.
• Ability to work unsupervised and autonomously.
• Strong commitment to safety and capability to operate in remote areas.
• Valid HR licence.
