Field Service Technician – Installations (Richlands & Far North QLD)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, trade‑qualified technician to join our Field Service team. You will install a wide range of Coca‑Cola European Partners beverage dispensing equipment across Richlands and Far North Queensland, working both independently and collaboratively with internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Complete installations according to Fountain Installation Standards.
• Maintain safety for yourself, colleagues, customers and consumers at all times.
• Deliver equipment within customer and sales expectations.
• Communicate proactively with internal and external customers.
• Follow standard processes and correctly use IT tools.
• Maintain and develop technical skills through training.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement projects and technical training.

Required profile

• Refrigeration or Electrical trade qualification with a current Queensland electrical licence.
• Construction Industry White Card.
• Current and valid CPR certificate (beneficial but not essential).
• Strong relationship‑management and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Excellent time‑management and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in IT systems.
• Solid knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety.
