Field Service Engineer

About the role

As a Field Service Engineer at Stryker, you will ensure advanced healthcare equipment operates safely and reliably across hospitals and surgical facilities. You will work hands‑on with technologies such as robotic‑assisted surgery systems, operating tables, and waste management solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and reactive repairs on Stryker medical equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues both onsite and remotely.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clinicians, biomedical teams, and hospital stakeholders.
• Manage inventory, spare parts, and service documentation while meeting ISO 13485 compliance.

Required profile

• Customer‑first mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and travel within the state on short notice.
• Current driver’s licence.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with hand and power tools.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in preventative maintenance and reactive repairs of complex technical systems.
