Field Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Field Sales Representative to grow the presence of our MilkLab brand across cafés in your territory. You will spend each day on the road, meeting café owners, multi‑site operators and distributors, turning conversations into lasting partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Visit approximately 12 cafés daily to build relationships and uncover growth opportunities.
• Increase distribution and visibility of MilkLab products within your assigned area.
• Deliver product demonstrations and sampling sessions to customers.
• Develop and present tailored proposals, negotiate pricing and close sales.
• Execute promotional programmes and ensure strong in‑market execution.
• Analyse sales data and customer insights to identify further opportunities.
• Plan and manage territory, appointments and travel to maximise productivity.

Required profile

• Motivated sales professional with a passion for coffee and café operations.
• Previous experience in field sales, territory management or business development, preferably in FMCG, foodservice or the coffee sector.
• Strong communication, relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to analyse data and spot opportunities.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Proactive, resilient and results‑driven mindset.
