Field Marketing Specialist – ANZ

About the role

Chainguard is seeking a Field Marketing Specialist to support the ANZ Go‑To‑Market team. You will work closely with sales, the APJ Field Marketing Director, and the broader GTM team to drive demand generation, events, and regional content for Australia and New Zealand.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimise ANZ demand‑generation campaigns across digital, events and partner channels.
• Support local event activations, including trade shows, meet‑ups, webinars and virtual experiences, handling logistics, speaker prep and post‑event follow‑up.
• Track leads from field programs, monitor pipeline influence and collaborate with BDRs and sales on follow‑up reporting.
• Provide sales enablement assets such as toolkits, decks, one‑pagers and campaign updates.
• Coordinate with third‑party digital and event agencies to ensure quality delivery.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of B2B technology marketing experience, preferably in security, cloud‑native or developer tooling.
• Demonstrated experience supporting field or regional marketing initiatives in the ANZ market.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross‑functionally with sales, digital, partner marketing and operations teams.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, remote‑first startup environment and willing to travel 20–25% across the region.

Required skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Experience with lead management and pipeline reporting.
• Proficiency in coordinating events, webinars and digital campaigns.
