Field Marketing Operations Specialist, APAC

About the role

Dragos is seeking a Field Marketing & Operations Specialist for the APAC region to execute end‑to‑end demand programmes and own the operational backbone that supports events, webinars and ABM campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver APAC field events end‑to‑end, including audience recruitment, Salesforce campaign setup, logistics, onsite coordination and post‑event lead conversion.
• Support regional webinars and sales‑led events with list building, invitation sequencing, moderation and reporting.
• Maintain the APAC activity calendar, flagging conflicts, gaps and resourcing risks.
• Localise global campaigns for APAC audiences and coordinate execution across email, digital and partner channels.
• Build and maintain target‑account lists, run contact discovery and coordinate account‑specific ABM plays.
• Track market development funds, allocate spend, report performance and administer partner programme operations.
• Ensure data integrity in Salesforce and HubSpot, monitor lead routing and attribution, and produce recurring regional performance reports.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in B2B field marketing, demand generation, marketing operations or GTM operations, preferably in SaaS or cybersecurity.
• Hands‑on experience delivering B2B events or campaigns from audience recruitment through post‑event follow‑up.
• Strong organisational discipline with the ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines across functions.
• Fluent written and spoken English and comfortable communicating with senior sales, channel and partner stakeholders.
• Ability to work autonomously across multiple time zones with a proactive, problem‑solver mindset.
