F&B Duty Manager - Links Kennedy Bay

About the role

Clublinks is recruiting an experienced F&B Duty Manager for Birdie Restaurant, the new food, beverage and event space at The Links Kennedy Bay Golf Course in Port Kennedy. The restaurant offers a bistro-style menu with locally sourced produce, a licensed area of 250 people and is open 7 days a week. The position is full time, part time or casual, depending on the candidate.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver front-of-house service at the bistro, bar and barista station
• Ensure customer service standards are met and hold staff accountable for service delivery
• Support stock control, management and ordering
• Support daily staff management, including supervision, support, training and mentoring
• Assist with financial and operational reporting and management
• Uphold workplace health and safety, strict food hygiene standards and responsible service of alcohol

Required profile

• 2+ years' experience in a similar role
• Ability to work a varied roster including weekends and evenings
• Excellent communication, time management and multi-tasking skills
• Current Approved Manager and RSA (WA) qualifications
• Current National Police check, first aid certificate and driver's licence

• Safe food handling certification
• Staff supervision, training and mentoring
