Fashion Production Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee all aspects of our fashion production, from design concepts and sample development to bulk manufacturing and delivery. You will work closely with the designer and act as the main liaison with our overseas manufacturing partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage product development and sampling, including tech packs, trims lists, grading and fit sessions.
• Coordinate bulk production orders across Vietnam, Bali and China, maintaining critical paths and timelines.
• Negotiate with suppliers, allocate styles, and assess supplier performance.
• Oversee stock replenishment and reorders based on sell‑through data.
• Run quality‑control programmes, costings and ensure ethical and compliance standards.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of production experience in women’s fashion, with senior responsibility.
• Proven track record managing offshore manufacturing in Vietnam, Bali or China.
• Strong garment construction knowledge for wovens and knits.
• Highly organised, clear communicator and proactive problem‑solver.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets proficiency.
• Experience with inventory/ERP systems such as Cin7 or similar.
