Facilities Coordinator – Data Centre Operations

About the role

The Facilities Coordinator will be based at CDC's Eastern Creek data centre, supporting day‑to‑day logistics, site maintenance, physical security and overall facility presentation. Working within a dedicated facilities team, the role ensures uninterrupted, secure operation of the data centre environment.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all maintenance activities follow approved workplans and maintain building compliance.
• Liaise with contracted staff across structural, plumbing and other facilities trades to complete work accurately and efficiently.
• Enforce emergency, health and safety regulations in line with CDC policy.
• Manage on‑site logistics and collaborate with operations to uphold security protocols.
• Conduct inspections for repairs or renovations of lifts, pressure vessels, fire systems, stormwater and plumbing, coordinating access for clients, guests, contractors and suppliers.
• Promote safe work practices and maintain high presentation and upkeep standards, representing the company professionally.
