Skilled Civil Construction Worker

About the role

Join a fast‑growing drainage and trenchless company delivering projects for water authorities across Melbourne and its outer suburbs. You will work on‑site as a skilled civil construction worker, handling tools, equipment and pipe‑cleaning tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Set up all hand tools, CCTV and CSE gear at the start of each shift.
• Ensure all materials are ready on site and maintain a tidy work environment.
• Clean and return tools, CCTV and CSE equipment to the correct locations after use.
• Pack up the site neatly, remove signage and leave the area safe.
• Follow instructions from team members and comply with CSE spotter requirements.
• Keep powered devices charged and complete SWMS and confined‑space paperwork.
• Perform drain cleaning and jetting of sewer and storm‑water pipes.

Required profile

• Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Problem‑solver with a focus on efficiency.
• White Card (construction induction).
• Medium‑Heavy Rigid licence (essential).
• Confined Spaces Ticket desirable – training can be provided.
