About the role
Join Aurecon’s Workplace team as a Facilities Assistant (Workplace Coordinator) and help deliver a modern, efficient office environment for staff and visitors in Perth. You will be the go‑to person for day‑to‑day facilities operations, ensuring the workplace runs smoothly and supports the wider business.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate office maintenance, fleet vehicles, refurbishments, repairs and ad‑hoc projects.
- Manage contractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with service agreements and up‑to‑date health‑and‑safety documentation.
- Prepare expense claims and code invoices accurately.
- Assist Client Experience Operations with workshop and event set‑ups and clear‑downs.
- Provide front‑of‑house and reception coverage, welcoming clients and guests.
- Support the Workplace Manager on projects and minor works across WA & NT.
- Engage stakeholders, influence decisions and communicate effectively.
- Oversee daily workplace enquiries as the first point of contact.
Required profile
- Experience in facilities coordination or office management.
- Strong organisational and stakeholder‑engagement abilities.
- Knowledge of contractor health‑and‑safety requirements and documentation.
- Ability to handle expense processing and invoice coding.
- Proactive attitude with a focus on delivering reliable workplace services.
