Facade Supervisor - City Tattersalls Redevelopment

About the role

SRG Global is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join its Specialist Facades team on the City Tattersalls Redevelopment in Sydney CBD. The project is already underway, and the supervisor will lead day-to-day façade installation, coordinate subcontractors and resources, manage site logistics and ensure works are delivered safely, to a high standard of quality and in line with the programme. The role reports to the Project Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day façade installation activities on site.
• Lead subcontractors and site crews so that works are delivered efficiently and to programme.
• Coordinate labour, materials, plant, equipment and other site resources, and plan façade works around other construction activities and site constraints.
• Monitor progress, identify potential delays, issues or interface constraints early, and coordinate material deliveries and site access.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications and project documentation, and monitor installation quality against approved drawings and specifications.
• Drive site safety and ensure compliance with SRG Global and client HSEQ requirements.
• Take part in site meetings, pre-starts and toolbox talks, and maintain accurate site records and project reporting.
• Liaise with the Project Manager, client, subcontractors, consultants and other stakeholders, and support the team in meeting programme, quality and productivity targets.

Required profile

• Significant experience as a Site Supervisor, Site Foreman or similar in commercial construction.
• Strong experience supervising façade, glazing, cladding, curtain wall or related building envelope works, on high-rise, commercial or complex projects.
• Proven track record coordinating subcontractors, trades, labour and site activities.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications and technical documentation, and to work to programme while managing competing priorities.
• Strong understanding of construction safety, quality and compliance, and excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Hands-on approach and ability to identify and resolve issues on site.
• White Card (essential).
