About the role
Xavier Knight, a fast‑growing engineering consultancy in Sydney, is seeking an experienced Façade Engineer to join its dedicated Façade team. This position offers the chance to work on landmark public and private sector projects while collaborating with industry experts who value knowledge sharing and innovation.
Required profile
- Team player with great energy and passion for façade engineering
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of façade engineering design experience within an engineering consultancy
- High attention to detail and motivation to further technical skills
- Ability to work effectively independently and in a team environment
- DBPA Professional Engineer & Design Practitioner Registration (preferred)
- Driven to develop into a future leader at Xavier Knight
- Enjoys building positive, long‑lasting relationships
- Committed to continually adding value by raising performance of own and others’ work
