Experienced Dogman – Lifting Operations (Mudgee, NSW)

About the role

ACCIONA is seeking experienced Dogmen to join the Central‑West Orana Renewable Energy Zone transmission project in Mudgee, NSW. You will support lifting operations on transmission lines, towers and civil structures, working on a 14‑day on / 7‑day off roster in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Safely sling, hook and direct loads using cranes and lifting equipment.
• Interpret lift studies, plans and directions from crane operators and supervisors.
• Assist with rigging activities on transmission lines, towers and civil structures.
• Inspect lifting gear and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain clear communication with crane operators and site crews.
• Support general construction and labouring duties as required.

Required profile

• Valid Dogman (DG) ticket.
• Construction White Card.
• Previous experience on civil or major infrastructure projects (preferred).
• Physically fit and able to work in remote conditions.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Willingness to undergo pre‑employment medical and police checks.
