Experienced Civil Engineer – Rail & Metro

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Deliver CSR, drainage and civil works design for major rail and metro projects.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure quality, timeliness and coordination of deliverables.
• Provide expert technical advice and ensure designs meet Australian codes, client requirements and SMEC standards.
• Apply project management skills to meet project milestones and standards.
• Support commercial success of projects and contribute to business development initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Engineering (Civil Engineering or related) – degree qualified.
• 5+ years experience in rail CSR, drainage or civil works design.
• Strong proficiency in Civil 3D/12D, AutoCAD and DRAINS software.
• Solid understanding of relevant Australian codes and standards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
