Expenses Assistant – Global Expenses Hub

About the role

The Expenses Assistant will join the Global Expenses Hub within the Operations team, supporting the firm’s worldwide expense processing. You will ensure expense claims are handled accurately, comply with policy, and provide guidance to employees across all locations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and process global expense submissions in line with firm policies.
• Verify coding guidance and ensure compliance with expense rules.
• Provide support and advice to employees on expense claim procedures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders at various levels to resolve expense‑related queries.

Required profile

• Positive, proactive attitude with strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent organisational skills, able to plan, prioritise and meet deadlines.
• Resilient and comfortable working with diverse stakeholders.
• Willingness to learn new skills and develop professionally.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
