Expeditor

About the role

ACCIONA is seeking an Expeditor to support the Alkimos Seawater Desalination Plant project in Western Australia. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will ensure timely delivery of equipment, materials and documentation, acting as the link between procurement, engineering, construction and suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor purchase orders from award through to delivery, ensuring alignment with project schedules.
• Track supplier manufacturing, inspection and shipping progress.
• Conduct supplier follow‑up meetings and progress reviews.
• Identify and escalate delivery risks, shortages and potential impacts on milestones.
• Coordinate shipments with logistics and on‑site teams.
• Maintain accurate expediting records in SiteSense.
• Prepare regular expediting reports on progress, risks and corrective actions.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in supply chain, procurement or a related field.
• Proven expediting experience in construction, resources or EPC/EPCM environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SiteSense, SAP, Oracle or similar ERP systems.
