Exercise Physiologist - Clinical & High-Performance Sport

About the role

Enhance Physiotherapy is looking for an Exercise Physiologist who wants more than a standard caseload: a mix of hands-on clinical work and high-performance sport. The position is split between Thornlie and Mandurah, with travel to Mandurah paid.

Key responsibilities

• Clinical exercise rehabilitation
• Sports rehab and injury prevention
• Strength and conditioning
• Athletic performance and return-to-sport
• A general exercise physiology caseload alongside the physiotherapists and wider clinical team

Required profile

• Recognised Exercise Physiology qualification
• Level 2 Strength & Conditioning (or working towards it)
• Genuine interest in elite, high-performance or representative sport
• Confident working solo but a team player
• Clear communication, no jargon for its own sake
• Interested in a long-term career across clinical EP and performance
• New graduates and experienced EPs are both welcome
