Executive Officer – Treasury & Finance

About the role

The Department of Treasury and Finance is seeking proactive and organised professionals to provide high‑level executive support within the Office of the Under Treasurer (OUT) and the Office of the Deputy Under Treasurer (DUT). This permanent full‑time position plays a critical part in supporting government decision‑making and service delivery across Western Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Provide confidential, proactive executive and business support to senior officials.
• Manage competing priorities and tight deadlines while handling sensitive information with sound judgement.
• Research, prepare and coordinate high‑quality correspondence, briefings, reports and submissions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
