About the role
The Executive Officer joins the BCCM management team and reports directly to the Manager. This senior administrative position is responsible for ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day operation of the BCCM Office, delivering corporate governance, resource management and high‑level support to senior leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate, forecast and manage BCCM financial, capital and human resources in line with Department of Justice policies.
- Oversee procurement activities ensuring compliance with DoJ guidelines.
- Collect, analyse and report corporate governance and business performance data, including KPIs, complaints, risk and fraud outcomes.
- Lead a small team of administration officers providing support for dispute‑resolution services.
- Provide high‑level administrative support to the BCCM Leadership Group and the Commissioner.
Required profile
- Proven experience in senior administration or public‑sector management.
- Strong understanding of financial governance, budgeting and resource planning.
- Ability to lead and develop a small team.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
