Executive General Manager - M&A & Enterprise Transformation

About the role

MEGT, one of Australia's largest apprenticeship network providers, is seeking an Executive General Manager - M&A & Enterprise Transformation to report to the CEO and sit on the Executive Leadership Team. The role shapes and executes the organisation's strategic growth agenda across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end mergers, acquisitions and strategic partnerships, from origination through to integration
• Drive enterprise-wide transformation programs that align people, systems and structure with MEGT's long-term mission
• Provide commercial counsel to the CEO and Board on growth opportunities in the employment services and vocational education sectors
• Build organisational capability and change readiness across a geographically dispersed workforce

Required profile

• Demonstrated executive leadership of M&A transactions and post-merger integration at scale
• Experience leading enterprise transformation in a complex, multi-site organisation
• Experience within the Group Training and/or Registered Training Organisation model
• Proven success engaging Boards, senior stakeholders and external partners through significant change
• A leadership style grounded in accountability, collaboration and respect for the communities served
