Executive Director – South Australia Civil Infrastructure

About the role

North Projects is seeking an Executive Director to lead its South Australian business from its Adelaide office. This senior position will shape the vision, drive performance and ensure the delivery of high‑quality civil infrastructure advisory and project services across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Set and communicate a clear strategic vision for the South Australian operation.
• Lead, motivate and develop a high‑performing team of estimators, project delivery professionals and constructability experts.
• Maintain full P&L accountability, balancing growth with profitability.
• Develop and deepen client relationships, positioning North as a trusted advisor in the civil infrastructure market.
• Identify commercial opportunities, mobilise resources and oversee successful project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with cost, scope, risk, design, feasibility and programme requirements.

Required profile

• Recognised expertise in civil infrastructure advisory or executive delivery roles.
• Proven track record in people leadership, financial management and P&L responsibility.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to make decisions that safeguard long‑term success.
• Demonstrated ability to inspire confidence, foster collaboration and drive accountability.
