About the role

KordaMentha’s Performance Improvement practice is expanding rapidly and seeks an Executive Director to shape its future. The role demands a highly commercial leader with deep expertise in business financial operations, rigorous performance analysis, and the ability to turn complex insights into decisive, value‑creating actions.

Key responsibilities

• Originate and lead high‑impact engagements, driving business development and senior client relationships.
• Provide financial and commercial leadership across engagements, advising Board and C‑suite stakeholders.
• Analyse financial and operational performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement measurable enhancements.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver strategic outcomes and operational efficiencies.
• Represent KordaMentha at senior industry forums and contribute to thought leadership.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in financial operations and performance improvement.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of advising senior executives.
• Exceptional analytical skills and a rigorous approach to performance data.
• Ability to manage complex, high‑visibility projects and deliver results.
