Executive Director – Performance Improvement

About the role

KordaMentha is seeking an Executive Director to lead its Performance Improvement practice. You will shape high‑impact engagements, advise Board and C‑suite leaders, and drive measurable gains in financial performance, operational efficiency and strategic outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Originate and lead complex performance‑improvement engagements for senior clients.
• Develop new business opportunities and nurture senior client relationships.
• Provide strategic advice at Board and executive level, translating financial and operational data into actionable recommendations.
• Deliver measurable improvements across financial performance, operational efficiency and strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven commercial leadership with deep understanding of business financial operations.
• Rigorous analytical approach to performance analysis and value creation.
• Experience advising senior executives and Board members.
• Strong track record of driving large‑scale, high‑impact change programmes.
