About the role
We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high‑level support to the General Manager of People, Culture and Safety. You will work closely with senior leadership, ensuring smooth coordination of activities, governance processes and stakeholder communication.
Key responsibilities
- Organise and track priorities, deadlines and deliverables for the GM and the People, Culture & Safety group.
- Maintain effective systems, processes and workflows in a fast‑moving environment.
- Coordinate meetings, events and group activities, aligning them with organisational objectives.
- Prepare briefing papers, manage approvals and produce accurate, timely reports.
- Synthesise information from multiple sources into concise executive‑ready summaries.
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Required profile
- Proven experience supporting senior executives with a strong sense of confidentiality and discretion.
- Proactive, adaptable and able to anticipate needs and resolve issues early.
- Comfortable working in digital environments and quick to adopt new tools and AI‑enabled technologies.
- Excellent analytical and organisational skills with attention to detail.
