Executive Assistant to Executive General Manager – SpeakUp & Investigations

About the role

The Executive Assistant will partner with the Executive General Manager of the newly consolidated SpeakUp and Investigations team, as well as supporting the General Manager Investigations and Advisory and the General Manager Investigations and Governance. This role provides strategic and operational support to drive key priorities, coordinate stakeholder engagement and ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex calendars, meeting schedules and executive priorities across multiple senior leaders.
• Prepare briefing materials, coordinate leadership meetings and track actions to completion.
• Support planning and execution of team events, off‑sites and leadership forums.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, budgeting and other administrative activities.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and act as a liaison across the broader business.
• Drive follow‑up on key actions to ensure business priorities are delivered.

Required profile

• Significant experience supporting senior executives in a large, complex organisation.
• Exceptional organisation, prioritisation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Proactive, independent working style with high professionalism, discretion and sound judgement.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple competing demands.

Required skills

• Experience coordinating leadership meetings and preparing executive materials.
• Proficiency in calendar management, travel coordination and budgeting.
