About the role
Equip is seeking a highly professional Executive Assistant to provide top‑tier support to the CEO and Executive team. This permanent, full‑time position is based on Collins St in Melbourne and offers the chance to work in a purpose‑driven superannuation fund focused on member financial freedom.
Key responsibilities
- Provide confidential, proactive assistance to the CEO and senior executives.
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, arrange travel and prioritize competing demands.
- Prepare high‑quality presentations, reports and correspondence.
- Act as a liaison across the organisation, building strong stakeholder relationships.
- Coordinate executive meetings, events and business initiatives.
- Support company‑wide activities such as town halls and internal events.
Required profile
- Proven experience supporting senior executives or C‑suite leaders.
- Background in superannuation, financial services or professional services (preferred).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational ability with high attention to detail.
- High levels of discretion, judgement and emotional intelligence.
- Proactive, solutions‑focused mindset and eagerness to partner across the business.
