About the role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Executive Assistant / Office Manager to support our Advisory and Capital Markets team in Perth. The role combines high‑level executive support with day‑to‑day office administration, ensuring smooth operations for senior bankers and the broader team.
Key responsibilities
- Manage calendars for senior investment banking professionals, including conference calls, video meetings, training events and personal commitments.
- Arrange travel, itineraries and visa requirements for staff and clients.
- Oversee office administration: ordering supplies, handling mail, coordinating conference logistics, and liaising with facilities and IT teams.
- Coordinate client marketing events for the Perth office and produce presentation and report materials.
- Assist with finance tasks such as processing invoices and expense claims.
Required profile
- Proven administrative experience in a fast‑paced, large‑enterprise environment.
- Excellent attention to detail, strong organisational abilities and the capacity to multitask effectively.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels.
- Flexible, adaptable attitude with a collaborative mindset.
