Executive Assistant Manager – Hotel Operations

About the role

Ovolo Sydney is looking for an Executive Assistant Manager to lead guest experience and operational excellence during a major property refurbishment and relaunch. You will work closely with the Area General Manager to ensure every guest feels valued while driving revenue across rooms and F&B.

Key responsibilities

• Champion a guest‑first culture and implement service standards that exceed expectations.
• Drive revenue growth for Rooms and Food & Beverage while maintaining high guest satisfaction scores.
• Analyse guest feedback and market trends to identify new revenue opportunities.
• Oversee Rooms Division, Maintenance, and F&B operations, ensuring seamless guest journeys.
• Lead the refurbishment project, minimising disruption to guests.
• Develop and mentor a high‑performing hospitality team.

Required profile

• 5+ years senior hotel operations experience covering both rooms and F&B.
• Proven track record of increasing revenue while maintaining exceptional guest satisfaction.
• Experience managing property renovations or openings with minimal guest impact.
• Ability to build and lead guest‑focused teams.
