EUC Lead - Microsoft 365 Collaboration, Migration & Hypercare

About the role

The EUC Lead is responsible for the design, build, migration, enablement and hypercare of Microsoft 365 productivity and collaboration services in a client environment. The role provides technical and delivery leadership across Exchange Online, shared mail domain coexistence, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft 365 Apps and related collaboration services. It works closely with client stakeholders, architects, identity and messaging teams and deployment resources to deliver secure, effective rollout and adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of Microsoft 365 productivity and collaboration services.
• Design and configure Exchange Online, mail routing, shared namespace and tenant coexistence.
• Define and implement mailbox migration, mail flow, distribution list and collaboration onboarding approaches.
• Enable Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business and Microsoft 365 Apps.
• Support shared email domain and cross-tenant mail sharing solutions where required.
• Coordinate end-user onboarding, rollout and adoption activities.
• Develop migration, deployment, cutover and transition strategies.
• Lead testing, pilots, production rollout planning and hypercare support.
• Manage deployment risks, dependencies, issues and stakeholder communications.
• Produce solution documentation, migration plans, operational procedures and support handover materials.
• Support operational readiness and transition to BAU support teams.

Required profile

• Australian citizenship is required to apply; security clearance is highly regarded.
• Preferred: experience with Microsoft 365 collaboration and messaging transformation programs, Exchange Online migrations and coexistence, shared mail domains and multi-tenant email architectures.
• Preferred: large-scale user onboarding rollouts, government or highly regulated environments, and managing deployment, migration, adoption and hypercare across geographically dispersed users.
