Environmental Advisor

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Environmental Advisor to join the Dugald River Mine’s Environment Team. The role supports our low-carbon transition, renewable energy initiatives and sustainable expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical environmental advice to all mine areas to minimise impact.
• Carry out environmental monitoring, sampling and analyse results against the site program.
• Develop, implement and maintain environmental management documentation and ensure compliance with legal and company obligations.
• Identify environmental risks, propose mitigations and support continuous improvement projects.
• Prepare project proposals, reports and investigations, and drive sustainability initiatives across the operation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Law or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Class C driver’s licence (manual) with 4WD experience preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and time-management abilities.
