About the role
The Sample Receipt Officer will manage incoming laboratory samples, ensuring proper registration, storage and compliance with Eurofins protocols. This full‑time position is based in Girraween, NSW and is suitable for recent graduates.
Key responsibilities
- Receive and log samples, store them on arrival and register in the LIMS system.
- Maintain sample management housekeeping, check registrations against the chain of custody.
- Prepare split samples for overseas shipment and monitor temperature charts per protocol.
- Handle biosecurity samples according to Eurofins guidelines.
- Liaise with clients to confirm contract requirements and perform contract review.
Required profile
- Alignment with Eurofins Leadership Charter, mission, vision and values.
- Comfort in technical environments and desire to continuously learn.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a hands‑on, proactive work approach.
