About the role

Join Mamba Org’s dynamic sales team in Melbourne as an entry‑level Sales Representative. No prior sales experience is required – you will receive paid in‑house training and mentorship from industry experts. The role focuses on face‑to‑face customer engagement and building relationships with some of Australia’s leading brands.

Key responsibilities

• Approach and interact with customers in person to promote partner products.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets and earn uncapped performance bonuses.
• Participate in paid training sessions and ongoing coaching.
• Represent Mamba Org and its client brands professionally at all times.

Required profile

• Available Monday‑Friday, 30+ hours per week.
• Goal‑oriented, competitive mindset with a willingness to learn.
• Full working rights in Australia.
• Professional level of English.
