Entry Level Operator - Civil Construction

About the role

Stabilised Pavements Group, which has been operating for over 40 years and employs more than 250 people, is looking for HR and HC licensed operators based in Townsville who can work across North Queensland. The role involves travel and working away on civil construction projects. It suits reliable, safety-focused workers who enjoy hands-on work, operating trucks and equipment and being part of a strong team.

Key responsibilities

• Operate trucks and other applicable plant
• Travel and work away across North Queensland projects
• Assist crews with onsite labouring as required and operational tasks

Required profile

• Current HR or above driver licence (essential)
• Willingness to travel and work away as required
• Strong commitment to safety and hard work
• Reliable, hardworking and able to follow instructions

Required skills

• Civil construction or plant operating experience preferred
