Entry-Level Drillers Offsider (FIFO) – Pilbara & Goldfields

About the role

Join True resources as an entry‑level Drillers Offsider on a FIFO roster based out of Perth. You will gain hands‑on experience on Reverse Circulation and Diamond drilling rigs while travelling across the Pilbara and Goldfields regions.

Key responsibilities

• Listen to the Driller and follow their instructions.
• Conduct daily pre‑start equipment checks.
• Complete required safety paperwork and processes.
• Assist with routine rig, machine, equipment and tool maintenance and cleaning.
• Load and unload heavy vehicles and assist in rig set‑up, dismantle and relocation.
• Manually handle drill rods and samples as required.

Required profile

• Australian citizen or permanent resident.
• Willingness to work in a demanding FIFO environment.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks.
• Motivated to learn and develop a long‑term drilling career.

Required skills

• Basic operation of Reverse Circulation rigs.
• Basic operation of Diamond rigs.
• Equipment pre‑start checks.
• Rig maintenance and cleaning.
• Manual handling of drill rods and heavy loads.
