Entry Level Customer Experience Representative

About the role

Join TSA’s Tier 1 Digital Support team as an Entry Level Customer Experience Representative. You will work onsite in Perth, providing friendly, efficient assistance to customers of Services Australia through both inbound and outbound calls.

Key responsibilities

• Handle a mix of inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer enquiries promptly.
• Guide customers through self‑service portals to help them find the information they need.
• Maintain flexible working hours to ensure coverage when customers require support.
• Document interactions accurately and contribute to continuous improvement of service quality.

Required profile

• Based in Perth and able to work full‑time on‑site at the Troode Street office.
• Australian citizenship (must be over 18 years old).
• Excellent verbal communication with strong listening and empathy skills.
• Self‑motivated, resilient and eager to learn new processes.
• Solution‑oriented mindset with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
