About the role

RunRemote is seeking an Entrepreneur in Residence to help scale its global recruitment business. You will work directly with the founder, focusing on growth, partnerships, and revenue generation.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and execute growth opportunities across markets and verticals.
• Build strategic partnerships and referral channels.
• Drive sales and business development initiatives.
• Leverage AI, automation, and technology to improve efficiency.
• Shape long‑term strategy and take increasing ownership of the business.

Required profile

• Strong commercial instinct and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Proven track record of creating measurable growth.
• Experience leading growth, partnerships, sales or revenue functions in a startup or services business.
• Comfort with ownership, accountability and long‑term value creation.

Required skills

• Experience with AI, automation or technology‑enabled growth tools (as mentioned in the role).
