Enterprise Success Manager – Brisbane

About the role

As an Enterprise Success Manager you will partner with large‑scale clients to drive high‑impact research initiatives using the Askable platform. Based in our Fortitude Valley office, you will help customers build a continuous cadence of discovery and turn insights into measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to increase account usage and deliver exponential value.
• Deliver product demonstrations and design custom solutions tailored to enterprise needs.
• Conduct regular face‑to‑face meetings with clients in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and attend relevant UX conferences.
• Monitor key performance metrics, optimise usage, and guide clients toward growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to scope, plan, and activate research projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience in enterprise customer success or account management.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with the ability to work closely with senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel for in‑person client meetings and industry events.
• Excellent communication and strategic thinking abilities.
